Atkinson gets Monster Ford outing
Former Subaru star Chris Atkinson will contest next month's Rally Mexico in a Ford Fiesta RS WRC, driving for the Monster World Rally Team. Atkinson has been close to concluding a deal to partner Ken Block for some time and is delighted to have reached agreement for the third round of the World Rally Championship on 8-11 March 8-11. The Australian, who drove a factory Subaru for four years, has not competed at the highest level of the sport since finishing fifth in a one-off outing in a Citroen C4 WRC on Rally Ireland in 2009
